Learning

At Curation, we are committed to employees' personal development, not just because it's the right thing to do, but because it makes good business sense. Having developers expand their skillsets is a key objective for us. We want our team to grow with the organisation. All employees will be given opportunities to learn and work on products and technologies outside of their comfort zone.

On-the-job learning

Employees are encouraged to take a weekly half-day for personal development. This could be learning a new (programming) language, developing a side project (though check your contract for T&Cs), or just trying out new framework. If you do choose to take this time, please be ready to discuss it in one-on-ones.

Conferences

We will attend some conferences as team outings, typically within London. Attendance is optional. If you wish to attend further conferences, then please speak to your manager.
