At Curation, we value agile, Agile development.
It's worth reminding yourself of the Agile Manifesto:
- Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
- Working software over comprehensive documentation
- Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
- Responding to change over following a plan
We aren't firm subscribers to any particular Agile framework (scrum, XP, etc.) but we do take the key tenets of the manifesto seriously.
Work is tracked on a per-project basis using a Kanban board, for example:

As a team, we have the following regular meetings:
In addition, you will have monthly one-to-ones and quarterly appraisals with your manager.
The CTO and Product Manager give the senior leadership team product status updates in the weekly product planning meeting.
If you wish to communicate internally, please use Slack. If you wish to set up calls externally, we have a Zoom subscription, contact your manager to get access.
